Whether it be for routine lab inspections, or your own personal quality control, our comprehensive calibration reports give you the confidence to know your instruments are performing their best. These reports come standard with every service, and are printed on high-quality paper, or emailed in digital PDF format. We also provide online backup for easy retrieval.

*Due to demand, we are currently requiring a minimum of 10 pipettes for all mail-in orders. A $200 surcharge fee can be applied for any orders under 10 pipettes.

Turnaround Time
Tek-Pette offers fast turnaround to minimize downtime in your lab.
Instruments are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are typically completed within 48 hours of arrival. Additionally, weekend service is always available.
Complex repairs, especially those needing non-stocked parts, sometimes require more time. We can contact you with an estimated turnaround time if major repairs are needed. Finished pipettes can be mailed back separately if other pipettes need additional time in our facility.

Return Shipping Costs
You may pre-authorize UPS Ground (standard), or 2nd Day, and Overnight options.
If needed, shipping charges can be quoted prior (please use the Special Notes box if exact shipping charges need to be estimated & quoted).
All orders of 20 pipettes or more receive FREE Fed-Ex Ground return shipping.

Price includes minor part replacement such as seals & o-rings (if needed).
Repairs - If major repairs are needed, an estimate can be provided after inspection, and then work can be completed pending your approval.
